A typical use case is exporting complete product catalogs for different model years, which are then shared with industry partners. To ensure smooth and efficient processing of this data, Winora Group relies on the BIDEX standard in collaboration with its partners.

Automated conversion with MUSTARD 1.0
By integrating our multi-standard tool, MUSTARD 1.0, into the PIM system’s ExportCenter, the complex BIDEX conversion process has been fully automated.
MUSTARD 1.0 utilizes a central data schema that unifies categories, product groups, and attributes from various industry standards (currently BIDEX and DST) into a standardized format. The tool automatically maps manufacturers’ data to this schema and generates exports in the required industry standard. These data sets are then available to all retailers and service providers connected via Veloconnect 1.5 in XML or JSON format.
1. Efficient data transfer
A scheduled export automatically transfers all relevant product data from the PIM system to MUSTARD 1.0 on a daily basis.
2. Automated conversion
MUSTARD 1.0 maps the data to its internal schema with BIDEX attributes and generates a BIDEX-compliant XML file.
3. Efficient data provision
The finished XML file is provided via a static permalink, ensuring a consistent URL that always points to the latest BIDEX data export.
High data quality
Exports are based on up-to-date PIM data, with changes automatically reflected in the next export.
